1. Agency Registration
Eligibility
Agencies must be legally registered business entities and provide valid business documentation upon request.
Registration Process
To become an approved agency, applicants must complete the agency registration process and submit all required information. Approval is subject to Zanvoa’s review and discretion, and acceptance is not guaranteed.
2. Agency Responsibilities
Compliance
Agencies must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including advertising standards, consumer protection laws, data protection, and privacy regulations.
Representation
Agencies must accurately represent Zanvoa’s products, services, pricing, and policies. Any misleading, false, or exaggerated claims are strictly prohibited.
Confidentiality
Agencies must maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary, commercial, or non-public information provided by Zanvoa. Such information may not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent.
3. Marketing & Advertising
Brand Guidelines
All agencies must strictly follow Zanvoa’s brand guidelines when creating marketing or promotional materials.
Approval Requirement
All marketing, advertising, and promotional content must be reviewed and approved by Zanvoa before publication or distribution.
Ethical Marketing
Agencies must conduct all marketing activities ethically and transparently, avoiding deceptive, misleading, or unfair practices.
4. Compensation & Payment
Commission Structure
Agencies may receive commissions based on sales or leads generated, as outlined in a separate written agreement between the agency and Zanvoa.
Payment Terms
Commission payments are processed on a monthly basis, subject to accurate reporting, verification, and compliance with agreed terms.
Payment Disputes
Any commission-related disputes must be reported within 30 days from the payment date. Zanvoa will review and resolve disputes in good faith.
5. Termination
Termination by Agency
Agencies may terminate their relationship with Zanvoa by providing 30 days’ written notice.
Termination by Zanvoa
Zanvoa reserves the right to terminate the agency relationship immediately in cases of policy violations, unethical conduct, misrepresentation, or actions that may harm Zanvoa’s reputation or interests.
Post-Termination Obligations
Upon termination, agencies must:

Immediately cease using Zanvoa’s name, trademarks, and branding

Return or destroy any confidential or proprietary materials

Discontinue all marketing activities related to Zanvoa
6. Dispute Resolution
Good Faith Negotiation
Both parties agree to attempt to resolve any disputes arising under this policy through good faith negotiations.
Mediation or Arbitration
If disputes cannot be resolved through negotiation, they may be submitted to mediation or arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed-upon arbitration body.
7. Amendments
Zanvoa reserves the right to amend or update this Agency Policy at any time. Agencies will be notified of material changes, and continued participation as an agency constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
